
Terms and conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale of SéjourEnVille apply within the framework of the regulations in force, particularly Articles L.211-1 et seq. and R.211-1 et seq. of the Tourism Code.
The "tenant" refers to the client who has paid for the reserved service or any person benefiting from the services of the contract.
The purchase of a rental implies the tenant's prior acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They inform the traveler of the conditions under which SéjourEnVille offers its services.
The description of each service includes precise details and also constitutes the pre-contractual information required by Articles L.211-8 and R.211-4 of the Tourism Code.
No right of withdrawal and telephone solicitation.
Under Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling does not apply to contracts for the sale of accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or according to a specific periodicity. 1 / SéjourEnVille PRODUCTS
SéjourEnVille offers furnished accommodations for short-term rentals for a maximum duration of 90 non-consecutive days within a calendar year.
2 / RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
2.1 Reservations
Reservations for rentals are made exclusively online at sejourenville.fr.
After the reservation, a written confirmation of the rental will be sent to the tenant. The reservation will only be effective after full payment of the order, which also constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the tenant acknowledges having read before the purchase.
2.2 Payment of the stay
Payment of the stay makes the reservation final.
Payment is made exclusively by credit card on the online booking engine through the secure interface provided by our partners STRIPE (accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
3 / PRICES
Prices are indivisible, and any waiver of services included in the contract or any interruption of the stay by the tenant (even in case of hospitalization or early repatriation) will not be refunded by SéjourEnVille. In the event of specific insurance and subject to the declaration of the claim by the tenant to their insurer, the tenant may receive a full or partial refund from their insurer but must pay the full amount of their stay to SéjourEnVille.
4 / CHECK-IN CONDITIONS
An access code to the accommodation will be sent to the tenant by email no later than 3 days before the start of the stay. It will become active for the exact period of the rental contract after validation of the online registration of the identity information provided by the tenant (Check-in) :
The accommodation is accessible from 3:00 PM on the first day of the rental (early arrivals must be requested from SéjourEnVille, which reserves the right to accept them; they are subject to an additional charge).
The accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the last day of the rental (late departures must be requested from SéjourEnVille, which reserves the right to accept them; they are subject to an additional charge).
Check-in and check-out are self-service.

Optional services and activities may be offered. Depending on the case, the reservation of these services is made either at the time of booking the stay or during the stay.
People with reduced mobility (PMR) must ensure in advance with SéjourEnVille the possibilities of accommodation in the lodging.
5 / DEPOSIT
A security deposit by credit card imprint in the amount of 300 euros is required before entry into the premises.
The tenant will receive with the confirmation of their reservation a link to our partner SWIKLY. The amount is not debited and does not reduce the credit limit of the tenant's credit card (possible exception for Neo Banks; the tenant must check with their establishment the conditions of use of their card).
6 / TOURIST TAX
In some municipalities, a municipal or inter-municipal decree requires travelers to pay a tourist tax per person in accordance with current legislation.
7 / CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations by the tenant more than 5 days before arrival are fully refunded (no refund thereafter).
Cancellations by SéjourEnVille are fully refunded to the tenant.
Attention: a later arrival than planned or an early departure is equivalent to a termination (cancellation) by the tenant for the unused period of stay and does not give rise to any refund, regardless of the reason.
8 / COMPLAINTS
If a tenant finds that a service is not provided as expected, or if they are in difficulty, they must quickly notify SéjourEnVille to resolve the dispute on the spot or obtain assistance. Observations on the course of the stay must be sent to SéjourEnVille within 30 days of return by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: SéjourEnVille - 2 Place Jean V - Bureau 3 - 44000 Nantes, accompanied by appropriate supporting documents. Otherwise, the file will not be processed as a priority. In the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the tenant has the option to refer the Tourism and Travel Mediation free of charge and online: www.mtv.travel
